Nourish and renew your skin with a facial steam. A blend of rose, calendula, lavender, lemon verbena and chamomile botanicals. Face steams are a beautiful way to cleanse skin, drawing impurities from the pores, improving circulation and hydrates the skin. They also calm and clear the mind and relieve sinus congestion.
DIRECTIONS | In a heatproof bowl, mix 2-3 cups of boiling water with 2 tablespoons of botanicals. Allo to cool slightly, then create a steam tent with a towel over your head and bowl. Breathe deeply and steam for 5-10 minutes. Follow with a clay mask or toner and moisturiser.
